hmmmm....well, tomorrow is the day. serv-safe food safety course day. from 8 to 4. 4 hrs. to review a 15 chapter coursebook that i have highlighted til the cows come home, covering everything from foodborne pathogens & diseases..... ..... to correct handwashing practices. oh god.....and there's sooo much in-between. then...4 hrs. read it. 4 hrs. to take the TEST....arrgghh! this thing has got to be magic. by tomorrow night i will understand how such an utterly impossible task can possibly be accomplished. as soon as i know blog, so will you. trust me. later.
