day 1 of phase 2. today i got to eat a potato! i didn't know i liked potatoes so much:) i roasted it with my chicken and it was mmm mmm. aiyai, i'm so boring.
i've been reading the book of daniel lately. it's amazing when you take the time to sit. be quiet. read slowly outloud if need be, to yourself. a little at a time, considering along the way. how much revelation comes. here a little. there a little. God shows you how He makes things all fit together. i can't even begin to write down all of the little things He has been highlighting to me about how His world works. how His ways work. how He set things up. how much He really is in control. how His adversary moves to attempt to spoil His purposes. and how His people through the attitudes of their heart and actions bring His judgments upon themselves....either for good. or for ill.
